Project Title A Prospective National Study of Sustaining IPS Through Vocational Rehabilitation and Mental Health Collaboration
Description This study examines predictors of sustainability for 129 IPS programs in 13 states participating in the IPS Learning Collaborative. Sustainability refers to maintaining program services over time. In 2012 we conducted semi-structured interviews with IPS program leaders, also obtaining employment outcomes and IPS fidelity ratings for these sites during the same time period. In 2013, we interview state leaders from the 13 states. In 2014 we re-interviewed leaders from both sustaining and nonsustaining sites.
